I ran all my errands on my bike today. Shit is no joke. I have a single speed, so no cheating. Which means it’s a legit workout… Just wanted to see if I could do it. Especially because I burn hella gas driving back and forth everywhere in my car, waste hella gas in traffic, and all that good stuff.
I’m a biker and all, but usually I only bike for an hour or so at most. But I biked for most of the day today. I dropped off 3 of my Ebay packages to the post office, and even bought some groceries. This was all made possible with my lovely bike and messenger backpack. And I would like to encourage other people to do this. It may seem like a bitch to think about. But trust me, you will feel awesome at the end of the day. Saves money, keeps you alert, and best of all, keeps you healthy and skinny.
3 Mile run in 18 minutes and 43 seconds. (I broke my own time badly)
3 sets of (15) Jiu Jitsu Crunches.
3 sets of (15) Leg Lift Crunches.
4 sets of (10) Cross Resistance Band Pulls.
2 sets of (10) Regular Resistance Band Pulls.
40 minutes of combined Muay Thai and Savate.
Total time 2 hours.
= Not being lazy, not being able to walk, and crawling on the floor.
