I love my new Free Run 2’s. Most comfortable running shoes ever. I jog 3-4 miles almost every day. So I feel like I have to tell the world just how amazing these shoes are. I think I’m going to keep this pair to lounge and chill in on my relax days. And then buy 1 more pair in another color to train in and destroy. But now Shay and I match :)

AFTER 3 HOURS OF PAINFUL TRAINING
3 mile jog up hills, 2 hours of Muay Thai and Shorei-ryu. I am sooo sore, and burns to move my body. Not to mention I’m starving after burning all those calories. So I cooked myself a nice healthy breakfast. Claude style. To show you all how I cook, and how I eat. So here you go. Who said that eating healthy couldn’t taste good?
Sateed Crab and Tomato Omlette, Mixed greens with avocado slices, and a scoop of rice. Oh and gotta wash it down with some Orange juice.
So I actually did train today. I ran about a mile, and then did some MMA training for about an hour. But then for some reason I got super excited when I saw that there was Hawaiian Pizza in the house…plus beer. So then I ate pizza and downed some beers after training. So basically I trained just so I could burn the calories from drinking beer and eating pizza. What the fuck.
