Because at work, my partner and I are talking about eclairs… I’ve only had these strawberry eclairs once in my life. In Las Vegas when I was 11-12. At the Ballagio. Prob the best dessert I ever ate. They looked exactly like this! Never been able to find them again. If you know where to grab one in the Bay Area, please let me know.
