I’d like to introduce the world to something I invented just now. That I’d like to call… The Cioppino Melt

We made Cioppino a day ago. Pretty much, our Cioppino is: Clams, Shrimp and Crab, cooked in a spicy Tomato Garlic sauce. Kind of like Jambalaya, without the wild rice. I was starving, so I cooked this idea up out of nowhere. It’s a sesame seed roll, Cioppino ontop of Havarti cheese, grilled til melted & then topped with spinach leaves. May not look appetizing because you don’t know what is in it at first glance. But I assure you that it is amazing.

Hoy! (aka “today” in Spanish)

Short 5 mile cruise with my handsome bike. And then a

short ride to munch on some Vietnamese shrimp spring

rolls. Because I miss eating these with Viv in LA :)

Oh and can’t forget a Hawaiin Sun to cool off!
