Avocado… Why you so good?!
Quick post workout meal. Before I head out to visit @antnoir. Maple flaxseed oats, bananas, sun dried cranberries and a spoon full of peanut butter. Beanie after. Gotta be ready for that Bay Area weather!
Day 12. Miso Tofu Salad. Spinach, grilled portabellos, lightly fried tofu, cucumbers, miso dressing, with nori komi furikake seasoning.
I’m going to call this breakfast stew. Eating clean. Day 8 of Insanity. Oats, flax, boiled sweet potato & pairs, lightly mixed with maple, topped with white peaches and figs and cashew butter. So goood! First time trying fresh figs.
You see.. There is this stuff called Biscoff. Or as I like to call it… Cocaine Spread! And you would never guess that it is vegan.
